You can permanently delete your Integreet account and the personal information associated with it. Deletion is irreversible.
What will be deleted
- Your profile (name, avatar, bio, location, interests).
- Your posts, reels, stories, comments, reactions, and reposts.
- Your messages and chat history (recipients keep their copy of messages they received).
- Your marketplace listings, store, and bookings (open orders are completed first).
- Your event registrations and tickets.
- Your push notification tokens and active sessions.
What we may retain
- Transactional records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance (typically 5 years per South African law).
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records relating to active disputes or fraud investigations until they are resolved.
Deletion runs as soon as you confirm by clicking the link in the email we send. There is no waiting period.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — from inside the app (fastest)
If you can sign in, open the Integreet app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the prompt and the cascade runs immediately.
Option 2 — via the public deletion form
If you can't sign in, submit your account email through the form below. We'll send a confirmation link to that address; clicking the link runs the deletion immediately. Tokens expire after 24 hours.
Option 3 — by email
Email support@integreet.com with the subject line "Account deletion" and your account email. We will verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion.
